5. Talent Applications and Representation

Our Website and related agency systems allow individuals to apply for representation and represented talent, models, artists, creators, and other professionals to maintain agency profiles.

Information and media submitted for these purposes may be reviewed by our agency team and, where appropriate, used to evaluate representation, develop talent, or pursue legitimate professional opportunities.

By submitting an application or maintaining an active profile, you authorize us, as reasonably necessary for agency services, to:

  • Review and evaluate your application or professional profile
  • Store and manage your submission in agency systems and service-provider platforms
  • Contact you regarding representation, onboarding, profile updates, castings, professional development, and agency matters
  • Maintain an internal roster and professional profile if representation is offered
  • Submit or share professional profile information with clients, casting directors, production companies, photographers, advertising agencies, brands, creative teams, and other legitimate industry decision-makers for potential opportunities
  • Display professional profile information through agency websites, client-facing tools, portfolios, look books, or presentations where authorized by the representation relationship or other applicable consent

5.1 Photographs, Video, and Likeness

Photographs, videos, reels, self-tapes, portfolio materials, creator content, and other media submitted to us are used for agency evaluation, representation, professional development, casting, booking, and related professional purposes.

We do not sell personal information.

We do not authorize third parties to use submitted media for unrelated commercial purposes merely because the content was submitted to the agency.

Any separate advertising, production, licensing, usage, artificial-intelligence, digital-replica, or likeness rights connected to a booked job are governed by the applicable booking terms, releases, contracts, usage agreements, or other written authorization.

5.2 Unsuccessful or Inactive Applications

If an application does not result in representation, we may retain the submission for up to 12 months so we can reconsider the applicant if a suitable opportunity or roster need arises.

We may delete it sooner upon a valid request, subject to legal or operational requirements. After the retention period, we will delete or anonymize the information when reasonably practicable unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

5.3 Legal Basis for Processing

We process talent and applicant information based on one or more of the following:

Individuals applying independently for representation should be at least 18 years old.

If VINE Agency considers representing or working with an individual under 18 in a specific circumstance, a parent or legal guardian must participate in the application, contracting, and representation process and provide any authorization required by applicable law.

13. Third-Party Links and Platforms

Our Website, onboarding portal, emails, or agency communications may link to third-party websites, social networks, casting platforms, scheduling tools, payment systems, or other services.

14. Artificial Intelligence and Digital Likeness

Talent representation, advertising, entertainment, and creator-industry technology continues to evolve.

We do not grant clients unrestricted artificial-intelligence, synthetic-media, digital-replica, voice-replica, or likeness rights merely because a talent profile, photograph, video, voice recording, self-tape, or other material is stored in our systems or submitted for a casting.

Any AI, digital-replica, synthetic-media, virtual-model, voice-cloning, or similar rights associated with a specific job should be addressed in the applicable casting terms, booking terms, release, contract, usage agreement, or other written authorization.

Where a project requests AI, digital-replica, synthetic-media, or similar usage, we may communicate those requested terms to talent as part of the casting or negotiation process so that the applicable rights can be evaluated before authorization.

We may use administrative technology, including AI-assisted tools, to help organize, summarize, categorize, or manage agency workflows and information. Such tools are intended to support agency operations and do not replace human judgment regarding representation, talent development, submissions, or booking decisions.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business, technology, service providers, legal requirements, or privacy practices.
